At least 30 people killed in regime air strikes on Aleppo

[EN.ZAMANALWSL.NET] Syrian regime air strikes on Wednesday have killed 30 civilians in rebel-held neighborhoods of northern city of Aleppo, activists and a monitoring group said.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights said at least 20 people, including 3 children and a woman, were killed in barrel kaboom on al-Mashhad neighborhood as well more 7 victims have bit the dust in a missile attack on al-Kallaseh neighborhood.

SNHR also reported death of 3 people in regime shelling on al-Sukari neighborhood of Aleppo Wednesday.

Regime's devastating air campaign was extended by Tuesday when rebels' mortar rounds on government-held neighborhoods in western Aleppo, had killed 38 people, including 14 children, inthe Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

Al-Shamiya Front said its air defense battalion had downed early Tuesday a Syrian army helicopter near al-Nayrab airport north of Aleppo, the key rebel group said in statement.

Abu Hassan ,rebel commander told Zaman al-Wasl that the helicopter was filled by food and basic staples for the besieged soldiers in Nayrab airport for over three years.

Abu Hassan said the wreckage of the helicopter downed inside the airport fences.
