[WASHINGTONTIMES] Katrina Pierson, a spokeswoman for GOP front-runner Donald Trump's presidential campaign who has made headlines for her controversial statements in defense of Mr. Trump's policies, took to Twitter to respond to criticism of a necklace made of bullets she wore during a CNN interview Monday.
Hours after the interview was aired, Shannon Watts, the founder of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, tweeted sarcastically that "surely @KatrinaPierson wore the bullet necklace on #CNN to bring attention to 90 Americans fatally shot daily #gunsense"
About an hour later, Ms. Pierson responded with her own tweet: "Maybe I'll wear a fetus next time & bring awareness to 50 million aborted people that will never ger (sic) to be on Twitter."
Game and set to Mr. Trump and his people. They're playing the game at a level that just confounds all the usual experts and elites... |
