| Dozens killed as Saudis pound police offices in Yemeni capital |

Medical sources and police said on Monday that the overnight air strikes hit a local police building and the headquarters of the traffic police in the Yemeni capital, killing at least 26 people and injuring scores more. Saudi fighter jets also targeted several locations in the southern province of Ta'izz, with reports suggesting that three non-combatants were killed in an air raid on a house in Dhubab district. Similar assaults were also reported on schools in the same area, with no immediate account available on the potential casualties. |
