Sara Palin endorses Donald Trump ahead of Iowa caucuses
2016-01-20
[Iran Press TV] Former Alaska governor Sarah Mama Grizzly Palin
... the babe libs love to hate ...
supports Republican front-runner Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election just days ahead of Iowa caucuses.

The Tea Party sensation voiced support for the billionaire real estate mogul on Tuesday, which could boost the GOP front-runner even further in Iowa on February 1.

"I'm proud to endorse Donald J. Trump for president," Palin said in a statement.

According to The New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...
, Palin's support marks "the highest-profile backing for a Republican contender so far."

The former reality TV star reacted to Palin's support, saying, "I am greatly honored to receive Sarah's endorsement."

"She is a friend, and a high-quality person whom I have great respect for. I am proud to have her support."

#23   I know it's not a Cabinet post, BU, but I'd lit to see Sara Palin as Press Secretary.

Me, too. But that's just my ulterior motives speaking. ;-)

#19  Sanders wouldn't dismantle the Bureaucracy that's brought us to all that.

#18  Can't deal with Cruz's smirkery, reminds me way to much of my bad side.

#17  OK, but how many givernment contracts did he get for it? He says all he got from Hilary was her attendance at his wedding. shudder Anything that can compare to AIG, Solyndra, CGI, Haliburton, Goldman Sachs? You know what I mean. All those pigs at the trough. The ones who want cheap imported labor and plastic crap from China. They're the ones who are giving Sanders his ammunition. The difference is Sanders would completely dismantle all that. Maybe I'm giving Trump too much credit, but my idea of a true capitalist and not a crony capitalist is someone who believes in free enterprise instead of sweetheart deals with politicians.

#16  He'd be standing in the shadows and contributing to either Clinton or Bush or both.

I believe he did and admits to doing so. As he explains he did that because 'thats the way the world works' and it insures that he can get help no matter who's in the WH. R or D he can call up and make things happen (or not).

#15  Cruz is so Establishment the Establishment is rallying to support him against Trump.

Ummm ... like, NOT. Seriously NOT. They are warming to Trump because he can be bought, excuse me "do deals". He and McConnell are gonna be YUGE buddies.

Don't know if he's ever slid cash to a Bush but he's given plenty to Clinton.

#13  My best hope is that Trump is a rent-seeker who was just playing the game by the rules of the system.

Note, that's not my expectation; I hope that Cruz comes through as the best available selection.

#12  I think if Trump was a crony capitalist you'd never hear his name. He'd be standing in the shadows and contributing to either Bush or Clinton or both.

#10  The Donkeycrats have done such a bang up job of discrediting Sara Palin that I'm afraid she'll do Trump more harm than good. I love the girl but she is widely perceived as a kooky right-wing fringe type of character more worthy of SNL comedy routines than high office. It'd serve them right if she got elected vice-president but then the comedians would be making fun of her every day for the next eight years. Remember what they did to Dan Quayle? They could have done it to Al Gore just as easily but, of course, they didn't.

#9  The people are revolting!

You said it, they stink on ice.

Ol' Mel sure nailed the aristocratic attitude that the Beltway Party revels in.

#7  This country has strayed to the left so far any turn to the right or common sense seems extreme. I look for violent action against them. Harvey Oswald, David Hinkle socialist left people are the most crazy of us all. George Wallace assassination even that Arthur Bremer fellow. Perhaps even Nixon but the Post and the Democrats were more politically effective(back up plan for Trump).

#3  I dunno what to think about a president Trump administration. I expect to be deeply disappointed. OTOH, in comparison to his immediate predecessor....

The opportunity for survival is greatly leveraged by the absence of surprise.

#2  I don't trust the candidates that are part of the establishment. They've been screwing us and each other for decades. That leaves Trump and Carson.

And Bernie . . . .
