The front man said the 'spy' was supplying weapons and kabooms for terrorist activities inside Balochistan.
Intelligence agencies are interrogating the agent, he added.
The arrest comes just weeks after forces arrested Kulbushan Jadhav, an Indian agent from Balochistan, who Pakistain said was involved in "terror activities" in the province.
Law enforcement agencies announced the arrest of Jadhav during an intelligence-based raid in Balochistan's Chaman last month.
