| #2 In 2011, when we joined with Europe to overthrow Qaddafy, the Democrats had 51 Senators plus two "Independents" who voted with them. The Republicans could not have stopped it. So it seems to me the learning was, a Democratic president with a disciplined Democrat-controlled Senate can do as he pleases abroad. |
