| Afghan commandos arrest key Taliban member Mullah Khalifa in Kandahar |

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan National Army (ANA) Commando Forces have placed in durance vilePlease don't kill me! a key Taliban group member during a night operation in southern Kandahar province of Afghanistan. The Ministry of Defense (MoD) front man Dawlat Waziri said Monday that the special night operation was conducted with an aim to arrest the key Taliban leader. He said the operation was successfully conducted which led to the arrest of Mullah Khalifa along with another bad boy accompanying him. According to Waziri, the operation was conducted in Khakriz district of Kandahar province late on Sunday night. The Talibs group has not commented regarding the report so far which comes amid deteriorating security situation as the group announced is spring offensive last week. This comes as the anti-government armed bad boy groups have constantly been attempting to carry out terrorist attacks in Kandahar city during the recent weeks.
