French PM: Nice attacker ‘probably linked to radical Islam’

[IsraelTimes] French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said Friday that the man behind the Nice attack is a "terrorist" who was probably linked to radical Islam, a day after 31-year-old Mohammed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel killed 84 people when he plowed a massive truck into the crowd at a Bastille Day fireworks display in the French Riviera city.
