Le Kim Khai and wife Phan Thi Kim Chuong were having a violent fight

Khai had started to beat his wife so she decided to squeeze his testicles

She refused to release fierce grip and her husband eventually collapsed
No 'happy ending' here.
He then died after food got stuck in his windpipe and he choked to death
So technically he didn't die from having his testicles crushed as is claimed in the headline, but between that and choking, he didn't have a happy last few minutes of his life...
I blame confusion over Khai's request for extra helpings of Phan's delicious Bún nem nướng (meatballs).
