Clinton campaign puts $9 million into advertising that's had a mixed effect on her standing against Trump in the polls
2016-07-22
  • [Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] Clinton's campaign emptied its war chest in June on Trump only to see the Democratic candidate's standing in national polls rise and then drop

  • Clinton raised $40.5 million in June and spent all but a small portion of it - $39.8 million - before month's end

  • Roughly $9 million went toward commercials; Trump hasn't run a single ad since wrapping up the GOP primary and is only three points down

  • Allies of the presumptive Democratic nominee are confident she'll win in November despite the lag in national polling

Obviously no one told you. Mal's hate contractors.

Well...they trained this one to hate the guy managing the contract.

#10  I wonder what they spent the other $30 million on.

That's a bit steep even for Bill's speaking fees.

#9  I think the swing voters, the uncommitted know what they have in Hillary so no amount of advertising is going to change what they know or how they think. that percentage that keeps saying they are going to vote for her are the true believers. Not all of whom actually vote.

Yes, traditionally the Donk Media has their candidate ahead by at least 10 points in the polls at this time before the election, narrowing quickly in the week or two just before the vote. What happens when it's already narrowed this far out?

#2  Yes, the push is on. Voter ID laws are being amended by Federal judges in Texas and Wisconsin as we speak. Pets will be authorized to vote in a week or two.

Because they're the ones who are going to count the votes?
