| #4 The quality of on post housing has significantly increased. DoD should either: 1. Offer the vacant billets to veterans first or, 2. Suspend BAH in area where there are vacancies. To spend all the money that they have to improve post housing, see it empty, and still pay BAH is wasting our money. |
