| Two militants, security officer killed in Dagestan |

| [RFE/RL] Russia's National Anti-terrorist Committee (NAK) said two militants who were involved in a series of terrorist attacks have been killed in Dagestan. According to the NAK, one security officer was also killed in the special operation held in Dagestan's southern district of Magaramkent on September 5. Another security officer was injured during the operation. |
