| How Hamas is looking to boost foreign ties |

| [al-Monitor] In an exclusive interview with al-Monitor, Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",' foreign relations chief Osama Hamdan revealed that several weeks ago in Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula.
