| Mitch McConnell Cuts Off Elizabeth Warren For Inappropriate Speech About Sessions |

| During an extended debate concerning Sen. Jeff Sessions' Attorney General confirmation, Sen. Elizabeth Warren was stopped mid-speech by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for "impuning the motives and conduct" of the Alabama Senator. Senators rebuked Warren in a 49-43 party-line vote, meaning the progressive senator won't be allowed to speak from the floor until after the debate on Sessions's nomination. Read More Here |
