![]() Drop the rod and step away witcher hands up! in at least six U.S. states this week, following President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... 's executive order to broaden the scope of immigration enforcement targets. They were netted in Los Angeles, Atlanta, reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ... home of Al Capone, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel,... , New York, North Carolina and South Carolina, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials confirmed Saturday. Among them 161 arrests were made in Los Angeles and some 200 in Atlanta, said local media reports. The authorities didn't reveal the total number of the arrests. Gillian Christensen, a spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees ICE, said the crackdown was part of "routine" immigration enforcement actions. A majority of those detained were serious criminals, including some who were convicted of murder and domestic violence, she said. "We're talking about people who are threats to public safety or a threat to the integrity of the immigration system," she said. However, man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them... a Washington Post report said some of the detained are without criminal records, calling it the first large-scale crackdown under the Trump administration. Trump’s Immigration Raids Have Arrived in New York City ![]() The raids took place on February 2, February 3, February 5 and February 8, according to speakers on the press call. All five individuals taken by ICE officers were male, and four of them have children who are U.S. citizens, the group reported. Make the Road believes several of the men are now in New Jersey detention centers |

#8 Seattle area tv news last night had an immigrations right sponkes-snowflake on, and although not crying her eyes were pretty red, and she raised the question that the raids were being done in the sanctuary states; was it possible that the administration was targeting these areas? Does Wiley E. ever not get the anvil dropped on his head? |

#7 One has served in our military for 8 years. Serving in the American military is a path to citizenship, CC Reader, and one hopes your friend has applied. But merely being good people, on the other hand, does not entitle anyone to be here who came illegally. Their parents put them at risk of deportation by bringing them, as well as not fitting in back home should they at any point be shipped back. |

#3 Any country that doesn't enforce its own borders should be designated drop off zones for any deportees. Mexico certainly enforces theirs, Canada not so much so instead of dealing with all the crap to send them to their "home" country just send them all to Canada. There's lots of room up north, right? |
