| 3 Dead in Suicide Attack in Cameroon Border Town |

| [ENGLISH.ALMANAR.LB] Three people were killed and four others maimed on Wednesday in a suicide kaboom in Cameroon ...a long, narrow country that fills the space between Nigeria and Chad on the northeast, CAR to the southeast. Prior to incursions by Boko Haram nothing ever happened there... ’s restive Far North, a local official said. "Just before 10:00 am, a jacket wallah who crossed from Nigeria entered Kolofata and went kaboom!," a source from the town’s vigilante committee said. "The blast killed three people -- a police officer and two civilians," he said. The bomber also died in the kaboom which left another four people injured. The toll was confirmed to AFP by a source close to the security services. The local official said the bomber crossed into Cameroon through Kerawa, a town which lies on the border with Nigeria. Kolofata, which lies 10 kilometers (six miles) from the border with Nigeria, is located in a region of the same name which has been regularly targeted by Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... hard boys. |
