#20  The Finnish have a word for it.

#19  You, too, are a joy and a wonder, Frank G.

#18  ^ this. I supervise engineers. Bright, Professionally Licensed©. I routinely correct their grammar and punctuation and "redo it". Why?
"Because your thoughts, intent and backup are solid - you write poorly at points and it diminishes the truth of what you're saying. Fix it!"

#17  Not all that bright, if she is splitting infinitives.

Why Bobby, I never would have tagged you as a grammar snob. How delightful! That right there is how I persuaded trailing daughter #2 to care about grammar and spelling during her early school years. It made so much sense to her that she took on editing her schoolfriends' writings, so their thinking would get full credit, too.

#16  #10 Add: Apparently a Flash Drive. I thought USB ports were disabled post-Manning?

#15  #7 “I’m pretty, white and cute,” she allegedly told her sister.

She is white. She's a traitor.

#14  Not all that bright, if she is splitting infinitives. 'I want to burn the White House down' more properly would be [subject] want to burn down the [object].

#13  49 Pan. Many kinds of intelligence. Geniuses like Einstein can be like little kids outside their area of expertise. But, learning a language gives you an insight how people speaking it think - because you don't learn language without reading books in it (I don't mean Sapir - Whorf). Also, learning a foreign language, let alone three, is a lot of work - work and leftards don't mix.

#12  Which raises the question of how she got ahold of Russian intercepts:

She likely had access to finished intelligence products on the 'high side' (JWICS).

#11  People on other websites have pointed out her expertise was in Iran/Afghanistan, not Russia. Which raises the question of how she got ahold of Russian intercepts:

1) Did she acquire them under false pretenses? (a crime)
2) Did she acquire the intercepts with the intent to distribute them to unclassified persons.
3) Does her pledging allegiance to Iran meet the legal definition of Treason?
4) Are the cats more intelligent than their owner?
5) Would the NSA be better off hiring the cats instead of Reality Winner?

#10  She also used a personal portable hard drive on her AF laptop. Wonder what else she's downloaded? Lucky we have Trump. Obama would've pardoned and hired her

#9  Intelligence and moral compasses don't always align. Snowden was a brilliant snowflake, Bin Laden was also brilliant. Honor, integrity, and a strong moral compass have little to do with intelligence... Otherwise intellectually challenged people like me would be stealing, raping, and burning, instead of defending.

#8  Einstein had some very horrible political views too. Genius does not equate to real world smarts.

Not to say that she's a genius, but, assuming she does know all those languages, it says nothing about her political acumen or character.

#7  “I’m pretty, white and cute,” she allegedly told her sister. Prosecutors said Winner told her sister she would braid her hair and cry in court.
What a snowflake!

#6  You tell me this airhead is fluent in Farsi, Pashtu, and Daru?

Difficult CAT-III languages I believe. DLAB test scores please.

#3  ...And now there's considerable concern about her activities as a translator while she was in the Air Force.

Poor little snowflake is about to find out that 'resistance' has a price.

#2  I wouldn't be overly concerned about Low-T. I recommend the Air Force, then possibly contracting at Fort Gordon. There will be plenty of time for men later on.
