| [NYP] After leading police on a chase through Nebraska, DUI suspect Brian Davis crashed his car and found himself facing two officers. After he allegedly failed to comply with their orders, dashcam footage shows that he was struck in the head by Trooper Lindsey Bixby, which apparently contradicts Bixby's later testimony. |
