| [ALMASDARNEWS] The Lebanese Army carried out a series of attacks against the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allaharound with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not reallyMoslems.... (ISIS) forces occupying the Ras Ba’albak area near the Syrian border-crossing today. Using heavy artillery, the Lebanese Army began targeting the Islamic State’s positions after discovering the terrorist group’s movements around the Jaroud Qa’a and Ras Ba’albak areas of the Beqa’a Governorate. The Lebanese Army has been mobilizing their forces in the Ras Ba’albak area lately, as they prepare to expel the Islamic State forces from this region once and for all. |
