Young man surrenders to police after forced by father to carry out suicide attack |

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] A young man has surrendered to the security forces in eastern Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies.
