Those who don’t? It’s off to jail they go. Free speech, anyone?

At the least, violators could be forced to pay up to $1,000 in fines.

Technically, it’s called the "Bill of Rights" for seniors, and it came into law as Senate Bill 219 on the backs of Sen. Scott Weiner, a the Socialist paradise of San Francisco

What a load of deceit.

And the end game, of course, is the destruction of the traditional family.

#19  The True insanity is you can get in trouble for not knowing the gender. So transgender folk must be obligated to speak first and inform of their status and chosen pronouns. Easier to just not talk to strangers.

At a guess, this is part of the campaign against free speech. If it stands, it's a precedent that government can not only regulate what you say, but *require* you to say something. It's very hard to dissent when the vocabulary is denied you on pain of criminal sanction.

Liberals usually have an endgame but in this case I think the trans activists took the ball and ran with it and there really is no end game. Liberals are responding and trying to placate and hoping to get control of the ball again.

Can this choice change on a daily basis? "I was a woman yesterday, today I'm a man. Get it right or go to jail."
