[NYPOST] Drug-enforcement agents nabbed a tractor-trailer loaded with 21 kilos of heroin laced with fentanyl
The truck with Maine license plates was being driven by Luciano Osobampo-Armenta, 33, on Oct. 8 around 8:50 p.m. on Bruckner Boulevard, they said. Investigators with the DEA Strike Force stopped the trailer as part of an investigation and found 6 kilos of the drugs in the cab of the truck and 15 kilos in the trailer. The drug was wrapped in vacuum-sealed plastic-wrapped brick-shaped packages. According to the criminal complaint, the driver was the sole occupant of the truck. | |

| #7 Poss Mexican driver and a Canada border/seacoast state registered vehicle. 43 lbs is not a shipment it’s a hobby, because the driver had transport access. He may have had a NY route and was near his terminus. |
