| #3 Time blocks pretty much assure light viewership. Doesn't everybody record things to watch when it's convenient, nowadays? Most of the shows I like on PBS, for instance, are on the air between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on weeknights. And for other things, it's just easier to record against the possibility that we'll be busy - even if we aren't, if we start watching twenty minutes after it begins, we can fast forward through the commercials. |
