| IDF arrests Palestinian with knives at West Bank junction |

| [IsraelTimes] Teenager approaches army jeep with a blade in his hand, drops it before soldiers subdue him Soldiers incarcerated ... anything you say can and will be used against you, whether you say it or not... a Paleostinian teenager who was holding a knife and walking toward their jeep in the central West Bank on Monday evening, the army said. Officials who were at the scene said the 19-year-old man approached the vehicle at the Beit Anun Junction, near Hebron, and dropped a knife on the ground. The soldiers who were in the jeep then subdued him without firing their weapons, the army said. Searching him, the soldiers found a second knife in his possession. The man was placed under arrest and interrogated briefly at the scene, before being handed over to law enforcement for further questioning, the army said. No soldiers were maimed in the incident. |
