#2 They will have to repeal McCarran-Ferguson first Maybe they're going the DACA route, which is essentially to use executive orders to override legislation. Obama really opened up a can of worms there. At this rate, the president will pretty much make law until judges get hold of it. The problem is that judges are by default liberal, which means a liberal president will get most anything he wants from the court, and a conservative president will get peanuts. |
