| #6 ...Not just 'rehearsing a war without it'. It also lets Certain Parties know that we can get along just fine without it if they're thinking that whacking the GPS sats will give them an unbeatable advantage. Mike |

| #1 Probably selectively over Tonopah and Red Flag. Not much anyone other than the military there to notice. Maybe a few jackrabbits, coyotes, and tumbleweeds, but I don't think rely on GPS. |
