| [FoxNews] The Broward County Sheriff’s Office has identified to Fox News the captain who, according to sources, directed responding deputies and units to “stage” or form a “perimeter” outside Stoneman Douglas High School, instead of rushing immediately into the building, as the mass shooting unfolded there. Multiple law enforcement and official sources said the commands in the initial moments after Nikolas Cruz allegedly opened fire would go against all training which instructs first responders to “go, go, go” until the shooter is neutralized. As law enforcement arrived, the shooter’s identity and exact location were still unknown. Multiple sources told Fox News that Captain Jan Jordan was the commanding officer on scene. In an email responding to Fox News’ request for information, a BSO spokesperson wrote, “Capt. Jordan’s radio call sign is 17S1.” The massacre on February 14 killed 17 people and wounded 16 others. Sources told Fox News it was Jordan giving the commands because they were recorded on the dispatch logs coming from Jordan’s radio insignia 17S1, or “Seventeen Sierra One.” |

| #11 With absolutely no experience in hostage or live shooter situations, the affirmative action/diversity policies absolutely dictated an unskilled REMF would be placed in operational control. What could go wrong. I have nothing against alternate lifestyle people, if they have the proper experience. Some of the baddest LE's I've every seen were either gay or l3b1an and didn't take crap from anyone. I guess they were compensating. Of course the ladies I am referring to didn't give a damn what you thought as long as they could crack some heads. There are some analogies here to the types of senior military leaders that Zero appointed to key positions. |

| #1 When faced with a tactical solution, she hangs back and sets a cordon. Not aggressive in the least, no initiative, and completely against tactical procedure for a school shooting. It calls for immediate confrontation usually causes suspect to retreat because they arent psychologically or tactically trained to deal with an armed response - and sometimes when confronted forcefully they might suicide. Did she ever have that training for tactical command of a fluid SWAt-type situation? If so, then she failed. If not then the Sheriff appointed an unqualified person and should resign. She certainly reacted like what the military would call a REMF or Blanket Folder. Other sources say she was promoted into the Captain rank and given tactical job - even though she came from the unit that does Warrants & Subpoena service for civil cases. Yeah thats where you find the best Tactical Captains. /sarcasm found online... She worked for just over a year as a sergeant at the Town of Breckenridge Police Department. Service of Legal Documents. The sheriff gave the job to a process server. They may as well have given the command to a file clerk. Yeah those sound like everything a Libtard wants in a Captain, including checking "minority" boxes for Female + L3sb1an. Unfortunately for those kids, none of those checkboxes or organizations or commands show the right mindset, experience or training for a tactical scene commander. Affirmative Action and Cronyism rears its ugly head. God Damn the Progressives and Liberals and Democrats. |
