| Reward for Austin Bomber Climbs to $115K as Cops Plead for Info |

| [Breitbart] Police in Texas increased the reward being offered for information leading to the arrest of the Austin package bomber. Since March 2, the bomber or bombers killed two people and injured two others in three separate attacks. Austin Interim Police Chief Brian Manley announced the reward being offered increased from $65,000 to $115,000 on Sunday. "We need your help!," Chief Manley tweeted on Sunday. | #3 Either ex-military or a fairly smart guy like the Unabomber. Cakewalk for ex-military with normal IQ. Civilian would need to be smarter than the average bear. Experimenting with explosives and detonation mechanisms without formal training is likely to be a little nerve-racking. Meticulousness and the ability to figure out worst case scenarios, while planning ahead to avoid the consequences, are key. Hence, a pretty smart civilian, but seriously whacked to be attacking random victims. |
