FBI's "Armed and Dangerous" unremarkable Dork

[FOXNEWS] The FBI needs help in finding this dangerous “dork”.
Listen up! This is important!
The law enforcement agency reiterated its call Thursday for help in finding a wanted man with that word prominently tattooed across his neck.
He's a criminal masterneck.
Shawn Frederick Peckerhead Weatherhead, described as being a hobo transient with ties to Eugene, Oregon and Reno, Nevada, is accused of babbling making violent threats against law enforcement agencies and should be considered a lunatic armed and dangerous, the FBI said.
And he's one helluva dancer.
He is also accused of allegedly contacting the FBI’s public access line and offices around 1,000 times since December 2015, and in at least three of the calls, making threats to kill people.

#4  My foster daughter says she's seen him in Sun Valley. (Reno's white ghetto.) Which is exactly where you would expect him to be. So if the FBI just needs to walk around there for a few days.
