The victim and suspect, both 18-year-old males, were on the live video with money and a gun when the shooting happened at 11:55 p.m. on the 17600 block of San Juan Drive, on the city's west side, according to a statement Detroit Police Department sent via text message.
The suspect told police he accidentally put his finger on the trigger and discharged the rifle, striking the victim in the back of the head in the living room area, according to police. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene. |
