| 6 ANA and ANP soldiers martyred in militants attacks |

| [Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan military and government officials are saying that six soldiers of the Afghan National Army (ANA) and Afghan National Police (ANP) forces were martyred in the latest attacks of the Death Eaters in the Sar-e-Pul ...a city and eponymous province in northern Afghanistan, population about 500,000. Demographically it is majority Tadjik and Uzbek. There are small Pashtun, Arab, and Hazara communities, of which the Hazaras mostly don't bother anyone... and Zabul provinces. The officials are saying that four ANP soldiers bit the dust in an attack in Zabul province while two ANA soldiers were martyred in Sar-e-Pul province. The district administrative chief of Arghandab in Zabul Amir Jan Alokozay said four ANP soldiers bit the dust in an attack late on Friday night. He said a number of the Afghan National Police forces have also gone missing after the attack which sparked a shootout between the police forces and the bully boys. |
