Taliban suffer heavy casualties in joint Afghan-US operations in Balkh

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Talibs suffered heavy casualties during the joint operations conducted by the Afghan and US forces in northern Balkh province of Afghanistan.

 positions during the Walid-5 operations in support of the Afghan armed forces.

The source further added that the operations were conducted in Chahar Bolak ditrict of Balkh province.

At least 35 snuffies were killed and 40 others sustained injuries during the air and ground operations, the Shaheen Corps said, adding that the snuffies were targeted in Arzankar village.

The Shaheen Corps also added that the village has been fully cleared from the presence of the Taliban Death Eaters.
