| Three children killed by random artillery fire in Libya's Sabha |

| [Libya Observer] Three children - between 9 and 11 years old - have been killed as random artillery shelling hit their house in Hajara area, Sabha in southern Libya, according to the city's Medical Center. Sources confirmed that a Tubu primitive who was under treatment in the medical center was kidnapped, while two Awlad Sulaiman rustics were also kidnapped from a southern Sabha district, which according to the sources was a retaliatory act. Despite Presidential Council officials, elders and dignitaries' efforts to reconcile both tribes and establish a ceasefire and a truce, the festivities are still ongoing since last February. |
