| 8 militants killed, 6 wounded in ongoing Tofan-10 operations in Takhar |

| [Khaama Press] At least fourteen snuffies were killed or maimed during the ongoing Tofan-10 operations in northeastern Takhar province of Afghanistan. The 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North said the operations were conducted in the vicinity of Khwaja Ghar district. The source further added that the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) targeted the hard boys’ hideouts in Qaflatoon, Manchqoor, and Qaroq areas, leaving at least eight hard boys. The operations were conducted with the help of close-air support and artillery support, the Shaheen Corps said, adding that the security personnel did not suffer any casualty during the operations.
