| #3 The problem is not catching them, the problem is the left insists that just being here gives them the same constitutional rights as a legal citizen. They have even insisted on that standard for illegal combatants on the other side of the planet. Say it with me - Gitmo. When the tech exists to prevent them from coming across then it will be a possible solution, at least until 9th Circuit outlaws it. |
