Iraq has extradited a 20-year-old Iraqi suspected of raping and killing a 14-year-old girl in Germany last month, German Interior Minister Horst Seehofer said on Saturday.

#1  IT wasn't actually an extradition. The Kurd's just apprehended the self-confessed killer and handed him to a German federal police detachment on a plane.

The Iraqi ministry of justice wasn't involved and is actually protesting.

I wonder if the lack of a legal basis for this de facto extradition will result in the killer walking free.
The killer btw invaded was admitted to Germany without any legal basis in the first place.
