| Two people killed, injured in bomb blast on borders between Diyala, Salahuddin |

| Diyala (IraqiNews.com) A civilian was killed, while another was injured as a kaboom took place between Diyala and Salahuddin provinces, a local source from Diyala said on Sunday. Speaking to AlSumaria News, the source said "a bomb placed on the road to Mubarak al-Farhan village, located on borders between Diyala and Salahuddin, went off today as a car carrying two people was passing. One of them was killed, while the other was injured." The village, according to the source, who preferred anonymity, said "was recently attacked several times by Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more.
