Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Twelve people were killed and injured as kabooms took place inside a birds market, west of Baghdad, a security source said on Wednesday.Speaking to Alghad Press website, the source said "One person was killed, while 11 others were maimed in two kabooms in al-Sho’ala region."
According to the source, "two bombs targeted stores that sell birds."
Earlier today, a source said two kabooms in al-Sho’ala city left a victim and seven injured people. This came after preliminary results showed only two people were maimed.
Baghdad has recently seen significant security stability, however, some kabooms take place in sporadic regions across the capital every now and then.
