#9 Most IT certification tests run $120-150 a pop, so I can see a certification test for teachers running $100 a taking. |

#7 Just try to find some sample questions. Looks like you don't get to see a practice test until you pay up - $100 to $200 and nearly that much for a re-test. |

#5 This seems to be an ongoing problem in several other states as well. In April, WTHR in Indiana reported that some teachers were choosing not to settle in the state because the licensing test was so hard to pass: Keeping the teacher pool small, to keep up the salaries. |

#1 Smeggin' hell! How much math do you need to teach elementary? I suspect what is happening is the prospective teachers are getting a taste of the new Common Core curriculum and it's confusing the poor dears. |
