#4 I found the appearance of the black bullet-proof mats interesting. As a counter sniper technique they seemed to provide shelter for the principal, but it took about 10-15 seconds to get up, not real timely. |

#3 I understand this is a pretext for going full totalitarian internally. But is looks like Maduro is trying to also start some sort of international armed conflict. Columbia may be maskirovka, but could Venezuela make surprise move to seize a part of Guyana or the Netherlands Antilles? I don't see how the internationalization of Venezuela's agony makes sense even for the Maduro regime. |
