2018-08-06 |
[BBC] These days, Diddy is a multi-hyphenate rap mogul, with a record label, fashion label, television network and alcohol business to his name. He ever live with you Issac? No Benjamin, not one fok'n day. Thy word is bond, I call it BBC bullshi*. But he's revealed that one of the "greatest" times of his life was a summer During the two-month stay, he picked berries and learned to milk cows. "It's one of the things that helped to make me who I am," he told US chat show host Jimmy Kimmel. The Amish community in the US is renowned for shunning modern technology and preserving traditional ways of life. They dress simply and live without phones or electricity, using horses for farming and for transport. "It's a chance to really kind of get away and just - no electronics," explained Diddy. "It really teaches you how to just relate with each other." |

#9 I hope he did. I really do. And the point is right on. Story stinks. Born '69, let's be generous and say at age twelve he was sent from NY NY to nowhere PA for two months with complete strangers. Who in '81 was needing a break from electronics; a phrase not even in use in that era? Shit, don't even think the 2600 was out yet. |

#3 Raj, While growing up I started picking berries when I was 12, my first job was mucking up after dairy cows (14), my second was mowing a cemetery, and my 4th was working on computers. I know a CEO of a very well known company who grew up working on an Amish farm. One of the problems with liberals and other children is that they do not know how to,work.. |
