Turkish-backed rebels, jihadists clash inside Idlib buffer zone |

[ALMASDARNEWS] The According to the reports, the ![]() The festivities reportedly died down this morning and clam has been restored to the southern countryside of the Idlib Governorate. The reason for these festivities is unknown; however, in the past, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel groups that make up the NLF, primarily Harakat Nouriddeen al-Zinki and Harakat Ahrar al-Sham ...a Syria jihadi group made up of Islamists and salafists, not that there's that much difference, formed into a brigade. They make up the main element of the Islamic Front but they don't profess adoration of al-Qaeda and they've been fighting (mainly for survival) against the Islamic State. Their leadership was wiped out at a single blow by a suicide kaboom at a crowded basement meeting in September, 2014... , clashed with one another on several occasions last year. The two groups ultimately halted their hostilities once the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) East Ghouta operations began earlier this Summer. |
