Germany, Israel agree ‘Iran must never have’ nuclear weapons, Merkel says in Jerusalem

[ALMASDARNEWS] Germany and Israel agree that Iran should never be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons but they differ on how to achieve this goal, Chancellor Angela Merkel

She was speaking at a news conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.

"We are very convinced and strongly share Israel’s position that everything must be done to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. Where we are not always united is on the path to this goal," Rooters quoted Merkel as saying.
The problem being that she thinks President Obama’s personal deal is an effective way to prevent that acquisition, while Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump strongly disagree.
She also said that Iran’s military presence in Syria and Leb was a threat to Israel.

I disagree.

Merkel isn't naive, she's malicious.

Given Merkel's political and familial background; and given her actions, the reasonable assumption is that she sides with an anti-Western totalitarian theocracy.
