| Iraqi court sentences former soldier to death over training Islamic State fighters |

| Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An Iraqi court in Baghdad has sentenced a convict for death over training fighters of Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. In an official statement on Thursday, Abdul Sattar al-Bayraqdar, spokesperson for the High Judiciary Committee, said "The Central Criminal Court in Baghdad sentenced to death a convict, who used to work as a soldier for the Iraqi army before the krazed killer group became in control of djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... city. He then worked as a source for transferring information for the group, before training the fighters." The convict, according to the statement, "confessed during investigations that he worked as a soldier before the fall of Mosul, then joining the group as a source for information." He also took part in the battles in Mosul, it added. "His duty was to control the weapons and equipments left by the security personnel." The krazed killer "participated in transferring the weapons and explosives to Biji and Hawija towns," the statement said. |
