#7 C'mon now. A little sympathy for a little boy who grew up with the name "Flake". I'm sure he was teased and tormented and soon began believing he was, indeed, a 'flake' and acting out as one. Let's all do our part in rehabbing the man by referring to him by a new name, a name that reflects the inner man - "F*ckwad" |

#6 Republicans will have a comfortable senate majority in the next session. They can start pumping through judges at whatever rate they want, right? What does Flake get except a weekends worth of atta boys at liberal parties. |

#4 msn/ the hill ^ | November 28, 2018 The Senate advanced a controversial judicial pick for President Trump on Wednesday after Vice President Pence cast a tie-breaking vote for the nomination. Senators were deadlocked 50-50 to end debate on Thomas Farr's nomination to be a district judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Pence, presiding over the chamber, then cast the tie-breaking vote. The fate of Farr's nomination was held in suspense even going into the start of the vote on Wednesday afternoon. |

#3 ...I don't think Pence is going out of town for a Khashoggi funeral service anytime soon or for anyone else. Make him the most busy Vice President in the Senate's history. |

#1 Yes, and he flopped right over into making Grassley cancel all the rest of the Judiciary Committee judge votes for the remainder of the year. They will have to be re-nominated in 2019 so that Murkey and Sasse can take up the fight. Winning! |
