[BGD] Sgt. Michael Eckert is a United States Marine and he has a unique workout routine that builds explosive strength without bulking up. He does a lot of what he calls "Strength Circuits" that are basically multiple sets of strength and calisthenic exercises with little rest in between sets. |

#1 >with little rest in between sets Don't do this if you want to get fit. Let your heart rate recover, THEN do the high intensity exercise. As you get fitter your heart rate will drop faster. As you can see "our" super-marine is already extremely fit so needs very little recovery time. If you don't recover you won't get the benefit of HIIT and you'll not burn fat. |
