| #3 if your company wants a contract with Maryland there are pages and pages of boilerplate provisions that you have to agree to including safety, environmental, racial and sex discrimination, etc. none of these limits freedom of speech or association so the contractor's employees could attend BDS meetings to their heart's content and write BDS letters to the editor, etc. |
