The media office of Nangarhar provincial government in a statement said the suicide bombers were arrested by the operatives of the Afghan Intelligence, National Directorate of Security ...the Afghan national intel agency... (NDS). The statement further added that the NDS operatives conducted operations in Jalalabad city, the thriving provincial capital of Nangarhar and Shinwar district, resulting into the arrest of the three suicide bomebrs. The suicide bombers were looking to carry out an attack on a key government compound in Nangarhar, the statement by the provincial government added. |
