| Explosion in volleyball ground leaves over 20 dead, wounded in Baghlan |

| [Khaama (Afghanistan)] At least four people have been killed an in kaboom in a volleyball ground in northern Baghlan province of Afghanistan, the local government officials said Saturday. The incident took place late on Friday afternoon in the vicinity of Tala Wa Barfak district of the province. The officials are saying that the kaboom has also left at least twenty others maimed. In the meantime, the 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North in a statement said the incident has taken place in an area controlled by Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... . The statement further added that a local commander of Taliban identified as Mullah Ainouddin has been killed in the kaboom along with three others and five Taliban murderous Moslems have sustained injuries. The 209th Shaheen Corps also added that a number of civilians have sustained injuries in the kaboom. |
