| #7 The millennium socialists are on the move. The rest of the Party seems to be giving tacit support for their goofy ideas. Occasional Cortex studied economics in college. She really thinks the $3 billion of tax breaks for Amazon is going to be available for socialist causes now that Amazon pulled out. She ought to sue her college for false advertising. |

| #5 Perhaps the anti-Amazon politicians oppose this because the subsidies granted would open up 25,000 jobs. These politicians know that their constituencies don't want to work. They would rather have the subsidies turned into more fungible financial vehicles with which to bribe, er, ensure their reelections. |
